Billie

Currently living in the inner city of the kingdom with his brother Cowrie (after both were formerly deckhands), Billie Abalone is very friendly and helpful, often seen walking around the streets to see what the day holds. After an accidental encounter with a Sol Emerald, they were granted the ability to fluently understand Chao and Flickies alike. He’s run into Blaze a few times, and he’s made it his goal to befriend her; she’s so cool! Typically, they never go anywhere without their trusty sword, despite how blunt it is...

Billie has heterochromia; having one amber eye and one blue eye, and golden fur with brown stripes. His muzzle is white and her antennae are thick and golden. Billie wears a dark teal tailcoat tanktop with a thick charcoal belt, and a charcoal bandana around their neck. They wear short dark teal boots with big white socks. His belt, bandana and boots all have a single white stipe. He has small, light gold hoop earrings and thick ankle bracelets that he wears over his socks. They wear very simple white gloves.
